BASIC SERVICES

• Remove flyers, newspapers, debris from property
• Check your mailbox, sort mail and forward, if necessary
• Flush all toilets
• Run inside water faucets and showers  
• Run garbage disposal
• Check interior rooms and garage for evidence of pests or leaks
• Water indoor plants
• Start and run vehicles
• Replace batteries in beeping smoke detectors
• Adjust thermostat for seasonal changes
• Visually check exterior yard and landscaping 
• Replace front and back exterior lightbulbs
• Take trash cans out/in after you leave
• Regular weekly updates

EXAMPLES OF CUSTOMIZED SERVICES

• Run dishwasher on rinse once a month
• Drive car and/or golf cart
• Water outside plants
• Sprinkle granules on fire ants
• Schedule time with 'water ambassador' seasonally
• Present when vendors need to be in your home
• Retrieve deliveries and place them inside your home
• Shop for groceries the day before you return
• Oversee cleaning of home before you return

Unplanned visits to the home outside of our contract is billed at $25/hour
